		<description>I&#039;m glad we agree. Don&#039;t get me wrong though, I still enjoy going to conferences and meeting other educators in the flesh. However, I think districts would do well to create systems where teachers choose their own areas of improvement/interest and drive PD that way. Its a much better use of resources.</description>
